The policies outlined on this page define the expected conduct, authority structure, and enforcement standards for all members of Alpha Wolves.
These policies apply during all clan activities, including events, wars, diplomacy, and public representation within the kingdom.

1 - Clan Indentity
Alpha Wolves (AWO) is a clan founded on discipline, cooperation, and strategy.

3 - Chain of Command
The clan operates under a clear hierarchy, essential for in-game efficiency.
Leader and Superiors: final decisions, overall strategic vision, event coordination, member management
Officer: tactical support, assistance to new players, active participation, respect of orders and rules
Veteran: active participation, respect of orders and rules.
Orders issued by the leadership must be followed, especially during major events (KvK, Ragnarok, COT, etc.).

Participation in clan events is mandatory for the following events KvK and COT

Unauthorized attacks that may harm the clan are strictly forbidden.
All attacks must comply with the ROE (Rules of Engagement) of the relevant kingdom.

No toxic, insulting, or provocative behavior is tolerated.
Internal conflicts must be handled privately with a superior.
Clan chat must remain readable, useful, and enjoyable.
Sensitive information (personal information, coordinates, schedules) must never be shared outside the clan.

Regular activity is required.
Extended absences must be reported.
Inactive players without justification may be removed.

8 - Sanctions
In case of rule violations:
1. Warning x3
2. Temporary suspension / loss of privileges
3. Clan expulsion
Decisions are made by the leader and superiors in the best interest of the clan.
